Behavioral Support: In School Full Day Behavior Evaluation ($250.00)-service includes functional behavioral assessment, completion of antecedent/behavior/consequence chart, transition assessment, activity analysis, and Temperament and Atypical Behavior Screener (TABS) followed by a behavior intervention plan. In Home Behavior Evaluation (100.00/hr)-service includes parent training for completion of antecedent/behavior/consequence chart, functional behavioral assessment, and TABS followed by a behavior intervention plan. Behavior Support (80.00/hr)-service includes continued behavior support and modification of behavior plan. This includes both in home (with parents) and in school (with teacher) support. This service is based on a consultation basis and not one-to-one shadowing. Please see service information for more details. Educational Support: Educational Support (50.00/hr)-service includes one-to-one shadowing in a school setting. Service also includes at home assistance with homework assignments and follow through with school prescribed goals. Relationship Development Intervention™ Relationship Development Intervention™ (available upon request)-service includes consultant support including parent education, RDA®, and regular consultation. In addition optional services include ADOS and use of RDIos® online system. Services will look different for each family depending on services needed and stages within the RDI® program. *Behavioral Resolutions is currently able to accept funding through Desert Regional Center for self directed programs.
